In 2001 Welsh Hook was again commended, this time for its Beef

John Davies who  joined his brother in 1988, was given recognition for the way in which the company has developed. He was The Welsh Winner of the NFU Entrepreneur of The Year  2001. This event sponsored by Asda and The Grocer confirmed that the company is  developing fast due to the high quality of its products.

Again in 2001 Welsh Hook Meat was recognised as one of the fastest growing businesses in Wales

The  company has also achieved the Pembrokeshire produce mark for reaching the high  standards required both in quality of goods and customer service.

The most recent award is from 'The Taste of Wales' where Welshhook gained the prestigious silver award.
